You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day you, or a third party you named who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.
To exercise your right, inform us — ENX Commerce — by a clear statement (e.g. a letter or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
If you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you — including delivery costs for the cheapest offered standard delivery — within fourteen days of the day we receive your withdrawal notice. Refunds use the same payment means as the original transaction unless you agreed otherwise.
